The dificulty was to suggest that the City Guest House is a hotel (or even a guest house) without actually mentioning it. This because of the type of license held. The copy goes... "Where to sleep in the Tuscolana [area of Rome]? The City Guest House rooms are: cosy, good value for money and close to the metro station".
This ad ran on the front page of a local newspaper for a period of 6 months.
